Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order?
The easiest way is of course by placing orders in our webshop. This will enable you to take care of the payment right away.
EU based companies with a valid VAT number can also order by email or fax. After receipt of all your company information, and of course your VAT number, we will email or fax you a proforma invoice which can be paid by bank, PayPal or credit card.

What payment methods do you offer?
The following payment options are offered:
  • iDEAL (The Netherlands only)
  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, choose PayPal as payment option)
  • PayPal
  • Advance payment (you will find our bankingdetails in the orderconfirmation)

Can we also buy on account?
AV dealers, resellers, government agencies and schools/universities can contact us directly for your special conditions, which includes an open account of 30 days.

How long is the warranty?
We offer a 90 days warranty on original modules.
Original bare bulbs and Goldlamps modules are covered by a 120 days warranty.

What happens if I receive the lamp with transport damage?
Luckily we never experienced this but of course we take full responsibility for shipments. Furthermore, the lampwarranty also covers transport damages.

What happens if the lamp you send does not work?
Luckily this almost never happens but in case it does please contact us by email. Please explain the problem very carefully. Does it not light at all? Do you get any warning signs? Did you reset the lamp timer? Does your old lamp still work? Do you hear the fans when switching on the projector? Is the projector free of dust? etc etc.

With all this information we should be able to determine if the lamp is broken or your projector has a technical defect. If we find that the lamp is broken we will give a return number. Once you have this number you can return the lamp to us and we will send you a new one.

How do you ship the lamp?
All orders in Europe are shipped with UPS. This guarantees excellent tracking options and quick delivery (only 1 day for most countries in the EU). On the day that we ship you the lamp you will also receive an email from us which will include information which will enable you to follow the shipment.

I have a VAT number, can I buy lamps without paying VAT
?
Of course! Companies with a valid VAT number can enter this information when you register. Please note that we have to check your VAT number manually. Chances are that we will not be able to turn off the VAT for you after working hours or in the weekend. Once we have the chance we will turn off the VAT for you and notify you of this. Should you have already placed the order we will send you a revised confirmation without VAT. Should you have already paid for the order we will then refund the VAT amount to you.
