The easiest way is of course by placing orders in our webshop. This will enable you to take care of the payment right away. EU based companies with a valid VAT number can also order by email or fax. After receipt of all your company information, and of course your VAT number, we will email or fax you a proforma invoice which can be paid by bank, PayPal or credit card.

Luckily we never experienced this but of course we take full responsibility for shipments. Furthermore, the lampwarranty also covers transport damages.

Legal approval period



The consumer can terminate an agreement regarding the purchase of a product during a cooling-off period of at least 14 days without giving reasons.

This trial period starts one day after you have received the products. LampVision itself has a cooling-off period of 30 days.



During the cooling-off period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The basic principle here is that the consumer may only handle and inspect the product as he would in a store.



If you decide to return the products, please ensure that we receive them back in as original a condition as possible and undamaged.

The risk of return transport is at your expense, so make sure that you package the products properly so that they cannot be damaged.

If you want to return your product within the 30-day trial period, you can return the products to:

After receipt and inspection, you will automatically receive the full amount on your account number or credited to your credit card within 14 days of registering your return.

We will also credit the shipping costs you paid for the outward shipment, provided the shipment was returned in its entirety. So if you only return part of it, we will not credit the shipping costs.



Return shipping costs



In accordance with the usual conditions, the shipping costs of your return shipment are at your own expense. As an indication, a PostNL parcel stamp costs €6.95.

The following payment options are offered:

- iDEAL (The Netherlands only)

- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, choose PayPal as payment option)

- PayPal

- Advance payment (you will find our bankingdetails in the orderconfirmation)

Luckily this almost never happens but in case it does please contact us by email. Please explain the problem very carefully. Does it not light at all? Do you get any warning signs? Did you reset the lamp timer? Does your old lamp still work? Do you hear the fans when switching on the projector? Is the projector free of dust? etc etc.



With all this information we should be able to determine if the lamp is broken or your projector has a technical defect. If we find that the lamp is broken we will give a return number. Once you have this number you can return the lamp to us and we will send you a new one.

AV dealers, resellers, government agencies and schools/universities can contact us directly for your special conditions, which includes an open account of 30 days.

The warranty term for original modules (OEM) is 90 days after invoice date.



The warranty for Goldlamps modules and original bulbs is 120 days.

All orders in Europe are shipped with UPS. This guarantees excellent tracking options and quick delivery (only 1 day for most countries in the EU). On the day that we ship you the lamp you will also receive an email from us which will include information which will enable you to follow the shipment.

Of course! Companies with a valid VAT number can enter this information when placing the order.



No more VAT will be calculated after entering this information. However, we will have to check the information received before actually shipping your order.
